I received emails/texts promptly with quote/shipping info/contract, and follow up phone call to discuss any questions or concerns. Less then TWO HOURS later my car was in the hands of Tiffany at High End Transport who assured me once again that it would be shipped quickly and with the utmost care. Tiffany constantly kept me updated with pick-up, route info and estimated arrival time. I flew home to NJ on Friday and Tiffany kept in contact with updates regarding the transportation and delivery. My Mercedes was delivered late Saturday afternoon 5/7/22 in perfect condition and I couldn't have been more happy!!!!!!!! I can not give high enough praise to High End Transport for their excellent customer service and professionalism!!!!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars for service I would!!!! I would Recommend High End Transportation without any hesitation! If you don't use them for your auto transport needs, do so at your own risk. When I need to ship again in the fall back to Florida there is only one call I need to make and that is to High End Transport!!!!!! A++++++ service!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

Read Full Review few details (to-from, vehicle, etc) and as promised I received a email & text quote and then confirmed everything by phone. The updates were beyond what I expected (picked up, in route, estimated arrival, etc.). My Range Rover was delivered ahead of the estimated time and was without any damages. The odometer reading at pickup & delivery were identical. I would highly recommend Angel @ High End Transport without hesitation!
